“Silent” One-Way Wheels can be installed on any walker or purchased separately to replace the standard, ratcheted rear wheels. The internal one-way bearings are installed in rubber tires to reduce the noise of the walkers. The softer tread also provides greater traction on smooth floors. This accessory can be added to any size KAYE Posture Control or PostureRest walker model, all wheel configurations.  Come as a pair.
